1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Tiny Enterprises Trailers website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

Tiny Enterprises Trailers sells new and used trailers, provides trailer configuration tools, and facilitates trailer purchases. All trailers are sold by the dealer and are subject to availability.

• New trailers are built to order through authorized manufacturers. Lead times vary by model and configuration.
• Used trailers are sold as-is in their described condition. All used trailer sales are final.
• Prices displayed are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of completed payment is the binding price.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Orders may be placed online through our checkout process.
• We accept credit card and ACH (bank draft) payments processed through Stripe.
• A deposit may be required for build-to-order trailers. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.
• Used trailer purchases require full payment at the time of purchase.
• Quote requests do not constitute a binding order.

4. Returns and Cancellations

• Used trailers: All used trailer sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• New trailer orders: Cancellations before manufacturer submission may be eligible for a deposit refund minus a processing fee. Once submitted to the manufacturer, cancellation terms are subject to the manufacturer's policy.
• Deposits: Deposit refund eligibility depends on the stage of the order. Contact us to discuss.

5. Trade-Ins

Trade-in valuations provided through our website are estimates only and are not binding offers. Final trade-in value is determined upon physical inspection of the trailer. Trade-in offers expire 14 days after appraisal.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Used trailers are sold "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. New trailers carry the manufacturer's warranty only. Tiny Enterprises Trailers is not the manufacturer and makes no additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides.

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Enterprises Trailers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or purchase of products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cross County, Arkansas.
